1. Canada-Wide Shipping
Chew Depot proudly ships across Canada, to all provinces and territories.
All orders are shipped domestically from within Canada using Canada Post and Purolator. Available shipping services and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to select the option that works best for you.
Because your order is shipped domestically within Canada, there are no international customs delays or unexpected duties upon delivery.
2. Order Processing
We work hard to get orders on their way quickly.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Please note that carrier delivery estimates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
3. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow up to 48 hours beyond the expected delivery date for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your package still hasn't arrived after that time, contact us at Support@chewdepot.ca and we'll help investigate the shipment.
Your order is protected by our delivery guarantee. If the carrier confirms that your shipment has been lost in transit, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@chewdepot.ca.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
5. Returns & Incorrect Orders
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Please include your order number and details about the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
